Just now back from the first afternoon shift in the past four years, and you are relaxed. Watch your movie, kick back in style; have a cold beer, have a smoke, go to bed late. Wake up by ten o'clock in the morning, well slept, take a shower, iron the pants recently washed and wear some sweat pants, or running shorts. Run twenty blocks to the gym, work out for no more than four minutes five machines, and never in the same order. Hit the showers, get ready, go. Work is thirteen lucky blocks away; let's walk them.
